Change your Schedule

Check the date and time of your delivery of energy efficient windows or uPVC double glazed windows using our secure online timetable. You can also update your preferences or availability. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For multi-drop schedules, all affected parties must confirm changes. Therefore, any modifications to the multi-point drop-off plan are not final until all confirmations are received.

Use your customer login and provided password to access the system. If you have forgotten your login details, please email us. Only customers or their authorized representatives can make changes. If you are a builder, architect, project manager, or interior designer, you must first obtain the customer's permission. We reserve the right to reject changes suspected of being unauthorized.

Delays of delivery by more than 2 months must be arranged through your sales representative and cannot be processed online. You may incur a storage fee for prolonged or repeated delays.

If you do not inform us of changes in your availability at least 2 days before the delivery date, it may be difficult to make timely adjustments and could inconvenience other customers in a multi-point delivery.
