Delivery

Our new online service allows you to easily and safely get a quote, place an order, purchase double glazed windows, double glazed doors, and other products, and check the delivery schedule. We use any personal information provided solely to process your order. Be sure to specify the delivery address if it differs from your residential address.

We require a 40% deposit with a written and signed order that includes full details (sketches and all relevant dimensions in mm) of the double glazed items. Manufacturing of your double glazed windows and doors will not begin until payment is received. For urgent double glazed products, prompt deposit payment is essential. While we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot manufacture your order without the 40% deposit. You will receive order confirmation once the deposit is received. Alternatively, clients can order through our re-sellers at retail prices on their payment terms.

Our delivery schedule for most double glazed windows and doors spans 3-6 weeks to manufacture using mass production. The products are delivered without glass and handles but include internal hardware pieces.

Glass generally arrives 1-4 business days later. Our double glazed windows and doors glass supplier, based in Sydney, can adjust the delivery timing to prevent accidental breakage at the construction site.

Remaining window and door hardware, such as handles, can be fitted during installation or afterward. Windows can also be adjusted for air and water tightness as needed.

For urgent double glazing items, we can meet these needs earlier, although they may not be installed immediately due to construction priorities. Ordering urgent items can alter our production schedule and create delays. We urge architects, customers, and builders to request urgent manufacturing only for truly urgent items. Special architecturally specified windows and doors may be manufactured separately due to unique or high-precision requirements. Please consult us to plan and manufacture these double glazed products on time.

To maintain low costs and prices, we operate a multi-drop delivery system and cannot provide a delivery time until all customers participating are contacted. Delivery turnaround for double glazed windows and doors is typically 10-15 business days. You can contact our estimators or customer service for order updates.

We deliver the double glazed products to your kerbside. Ensure someone is available all day on the delivery day to assist the driver in unloading and checking the goods upon arrival.

If the wrong address is specified or no one is available to take delivery of the windows, doors, or glass, and re-delivery is required, a fee equal to the original delivery fee may be charged.

Our Induction Program includes a comprehensive Safety course that covers the Factory, the Road, and the Site. This rigorous training ensures that our staff, whether working with double glazed windows.

Handling and Storage

Glass requires extra care due to safety concerns and the need to reorder any damaged insulated glass units (IGUs) at the customer's expense. If unexpected delays occur, we can arrange for the glass to be delivered later than the frames.

Sizes and Dimentions

Some of the upvc double glazed windows we manufacture in Sydney are bigger than most trucks can fit. Another consideration is the location of the delivery site, since some streets and even suburbs cannot fit a large truck due to narrow streets or overhead

Change your Schedule

For multi-drop schedules, all affected parties must confirm changes. Therefore, any modifications to the multi-point drop-off plan are not final until all confirmations are received.
